Three pupils from Tariverde and Cogealac, Constanța county, received sets of 16 “Historia” and “Historia Special” magazines as prizes for the support they gave for three days at the archaeological excavations conducted at the ancient city of Histria, through the action „History for all”.

Iulia and Cătălina Ciochină, as well as Cristian Roșca, joined the archaeological excavations organised by researchers from ”Vasile Pârvan” Institute of Archaeology of Bucharest in the temple of Zeus from the Histrian sanctuary, research campaign supported by Eurocentrica. Iulia, Cătălina and Cris visited as well the site museum and the city ruins and admired the most beautiful artifacts recently discovered which are stored in the sheds from the archaeological camp.

The project’s objective is to distribute for free popular history magazines to school libraries in Romania, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine, as well as granting prizes for pupils competing in history school contests and joining extra-school activities.
